I give a comment on (j) “For people living in long term contaminated areas”
It should be stressed that people should not live in any contaminated area higher than 1mSv per year . The upper limit 10mSv per year in Update of ICRP should be replaced by 1mSv per year in all standards.This based on human right.should As the scientific fact human cannot coexist with radiation exposure.
